The room was quite cold, and apparently heating in hotels in Greece isn't really optional 😁. Still, sleeping in the cold did help. The location was great, and everything was very clean. Parking was awkward: you might squeeze three cars in front of the hotel if you're a confident driver, or use another lot a few minutes away. Carrying luggage there in the cold wasn't appealing. I was lucky that the person who checked me in spoke English, but the receptionist in the morning looked at me like I was an alien when I spoke English to her. All in all, a good experience and a fair 3-star stay, better than many 4 star hotels I've stayed at.

I spent one night here before carrying on to Athens. For what I paid, the buffet included in the price was definitely worthwhile, even if it wasn't very big. The rooms were clean and well made, and the whole place felt really pleasant. Great value for a short stay!

The rooms were below average, but the people were friendly and polite, and the breakfast was well above average for this kind of hotel. The location is right in the heart of the city, so I'd say this is a place for when you have a meeting in Katerini.

We used the hotel as a quick stop while sightseeing around the area. The room was nice and well cared for, and breakfast was a typical buffet. Parking was free, and there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

They don't accept visitors or lend out beach towels. My friend left some belongings with me and went to get them, but they made her leave the elevator and wouldn't let her go upstairs. I've never seen a place this bad. I'm in Greece every summer and have stayed in many places, but this was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in all of Greece.
