Central Apartments by Konnect, Ipsos

The Wi-Fi barely worked. It came from one repeater outside by the driveway, shared across 4-5 apartments. The air conditioning was just as bad: it didn't cool the room and made a deafening noise. Water was often unavailable after 6 PM, even when using the faucet, shower, or toilet, and nobody had clearly told us it wasn't drinkable. We were also left without basics like toilet paper, napkins, a tablecloth, or a moka pot for coffee. The shower mat had hair stuck to it, too. We stayed five days, and getting the keys was handled by a third party, so we never spoke directly with the host. The neighbors were incredibly loud, yelling, banging on walls, playing music, and throwing chairs at night and again at 4, 5, or 6 AM. They even bragged about how many necklaces they'd snatched that night. I raised the noise with the host, but nothing changed. A terrible experience. I really can't recommend it.

The apartments and villas are excellent, with two bathrooms. Italian management and finishes. Highly recommend.
