All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool and outdoor bar area were well kept and nice for drinks or food. It’s a fantastic, clean hotel, close to everything in Corfu. The views from every room are peaceful and very green. I’d highly recommend it for all ages.

The breakfast was very poor, with no toast available, and the beds were hard. Only twin rooms were available, no doubles. The maids didn’t clean, towels weren’t changed for five days, and I found a plaster on my supposedly clean sheet. We had to change rooms twice, first because we were put in an occupied room, which was unprofessional, then because another room stank of sewerage. Huge groups of Italian students made noise every night, all night. When we complained, the hotel did nothing to consider the sleep needs of other guests, including children, and told us to “just see how things go.” The cleaning staff were abysmal, and management was diabolical, seeming only interested in squeezing as much money out of us as possible.

Dead insects were smeared across the wall, and my room smelled like human feces. When I told the receptionist about it, I was threatened with being kicked out. The rooms were dirty, the food was old, and the staff were rude. Hotel Jason was absolutely terrible, catastrophic even for the price. Stay at your own peril, and bring plenty of disinfectant.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very, very friendly. It’s only a couple of hundred yards from the main strip, yet tucked against the hills it feels a million miles from civilisation. The views of the mountains and ocean are spectacular.
