The outside looks nice, and there are some very sweet cats on the property. The cleaner is a courteous, pleasant young woman who does her job, unlike the owner. Still, I'd avoid this place at all costs. The owner is very rude and showed no hospitality. I stayed 12 days, so having a working kitchen mattered. Booking, where I booked, describes it as fully equipped, but on arrival there was just one pot and some cutlery, all dirty. When I raised the issue by message, his response was “👍”. No one greets you when you arrive either, you have to guess which of the nine apartments is yours. The apartment wasn't particularly clean, with crumbs and ants on the floor when I arrived. The shower is tiny and would be very hard to use if you're plus size or just big in stature. The water also switches from boiling to freezing at times for no apparent reason. The location wasn't ideal, though that's on me for not researching beforehand. All the best beaches were over an hour away on very windy roads. PS, this place doesn't have many negative reviews because they're split across separate pages for each room on Booking, Airbnb and elsewhere.

The pool here is warm, clean and civilised, perhaps because most of the guests are more mature. This is a quiet place, just as Sunvil described it, and most people in the nine rooms return year after year, so I can see the appeal. There are plenty of tavernas along the beach, all great so far. My photo is of the resort from the hillside above, not the studio itself.

The pool and sunbeds are great, with sun until late evening, and the studios and apartments are traditional, basic Greek style, but very clean and well maintained. It's an easy 8-10 minute walk, slightly downhill, to lovely Ketelios village, with a few bars and about a dozen good restaurants. The local beach to the left is sandy. Kaminia beach is much larger and sandy, about a 30 minute walk over the headland, so bring good shoes. The sea is shallow and warm, great for swimming, and there's a taverna with a few sunbeds. I'd recommend it even with the walk. Katelios is only a 10 minute drive from the bigger resort of Skala, with lots of bars and restaurants, but it's quieter and more relaxing here.

There's welcome shade from the greenery, and the pool has a stunning view. The apartments are quiet and calm, with only a short walk to the seafront. Highly recommend.

We had a room on the top floor with great views. The apartments are lovely, and it's a 10-15 minute walk to the Tavernas. The food has been great at all the ones we've visited so far.
