Kephalonia is a beautiful island to discover by car or boat, and the hotel is just a few minutes from Katelios village, with its traditional restaurants and mini-markets. We had a wonderfully relaxing week at the end of September at Olivemare Kephalonia and loved every minute. Marilena is a wonderful hostess, attentive to detail, with impeccable taste and reliable holiday tips. Olivemare felt like a home away from home, with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and an excellent, healthy breakfast. We also enjoyed fresh, savoury appetizers and salads for dinner, available on request. It was an amazing holiday, and we hope to repeat it soon. Thank you, Marilena!

We spent 10 days at Olivemare in August/September 2025 with our two children, and had a truly wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, healthy, and varied, with home-baked items. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of storage for clothes and belongings, which is often missing elsewhere. This small boutique hotel is simple in a pleasant way, beautifully designed and furnished, and set in a lovely, well-kept natural garden with a pool. The only small drawback was the nearby road, where you could occasionally hear traffic. Apart from that, Olivemare is absolutely recommendable. We'll definitely be back!

There are just five rooms, each with its own private terrace area. The hotel is quiet, with no kids, and sits in its own grounds among olive trees. Breakfast was delicious, made with homemade and local produce, and there's a lovely swimming pool on site.

The house brings together Le Corbusier's five elements. It's beautiful, unique, and timeless. The people were kind and friendly, and the welcome made it feel like coming home, as if we'd never left. Excellent service, exquisite breakfast, and delicious food. Highly recommended.

The home-cooked food was delicious, and we loved being able to walk to the beach. Olivemare is beautifully decorated, and the people running it made us feel so welcome. Such a lovely spot for a few peaceful days.
