I was concerned the apartment might not be ready during the New Year holidays, since we stayed on January 1st. It was lovely and warm inside, and perfectly clean when we arrived. The house is in the old town, quiet and peaceful, and probably the nicest renovated one there. One thing to bear in mind: the shower has a 40-45 cm step to climb over, which could be difficult for older guests or anyone with mobility problems. I highly recommend staying here.

We spent one night here and were very happy with the stay. Everything was spotless and neatly arranged, and the modern design includes separate air-conditioning in every room. It felt like five-star comfort. Thanks so much.

The host Niko was friendly and quick to respond, and made check-in really easy. He clearly cares about making guests feel at home. Our family had a wonderful stay in this spacious, clean house. It had what we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, cozy bedrooms and a comfortable living area. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, with shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. I'd recommend Oikia house if you're after a peaceful, comfortable place.

Niko made the stay memorable. He takes real pride in making guests feel at home, and that kind of hospitality is rare. The house is in the beautiful old town, within walking distance of the main sights and restaurants. It's modern, renovated to a high standard and in great condition, with everything we needed to be comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone who values warm, attentive service. We'll be back soon!

The historic center location made it easy to walk to lots of restaurants and the promenade. We had an amazing stay at Oikia Classic House. The apartment is lovely, decorated with care down to the smallest details, and the rooms are very spacious. The owner was friendly, and the place was cleaned daily. We highly recommend it!
