Seascape Villa

This was our second stay here, and it was just as great as expected. Each year I look up the places and locations before visiting, so I don’t think a bad comment is justified. If there’s a problem, it should be dealt with at the time, and any negative feedback should be decent and relevant. The car noise was ordinary, nothing special, and we’re all used to hearing cars around. At night we were either tired and sleeping or having a good time. I’d rather hear occasional background traffic than noisy neighbors or loud music, and neither happened on our two visits. The host’s visits to water the plants seemed normal and sensible to us. The beach is about 2.5 minutes away going down and 4 minutes back at a lazy pace, with three routes to get there. A mini supermarket is a five-minute walk away. There’s a meat shop at Nikos, a great man, about five minutes away by car if you want to use the villa’s outdoor barbecue, and two Lidl stores about ten minutes away by car. There are also several places for lunch or dinner within walking distance. Communication with the host was perfect again, with no problems. We were four adults and two children, aged 5 and 6, and the villa suited us perfectly. The yard was a great playground for them. We’ll probably stay at Seascape villa again next year because it suits our needs, and the beach nearby is perfect for children. The positives outweighed the negatives by so much that the minuses didn’t matter. The point of visiting Greece, Kavala, and Palio is to enjoy the weather, sea, food, and all the lovely things there. Location 10/10, host 10/10, sea 10/10, with an easy, flat entrance into the water that’s perfect for children. Kavala is a must-see, an amazing city for eating, walking, sailing, and almost anything you want to do.

The owners are very kind, and they cleaned the villa thoroughly. It’s close to the sea, and the garden is lovely for quiet evenings or having a meal with family and friends at the barbecue. The villa is amazing, with a breathtaking view. Everything was perfect. I recommend it to everyone.

This place was VERY NOISY and not suitable for a holiday. The house is literally 8-10 meters from the very busy road to and from Kavala, with cars, trucks, and especially motorbikes passing constantly, day and night. If you’re not used to noise like living beside a highway, you WILL NOT have a pleasant stay. The two bedrooms downstairs smelled of insecticides and mold. We’d originally planned to use them, but luckily didn’t have to. We locked the stairway door and never went down there. The owners also made three unannounced visits during our 10 days, with only the first one announced. There were other reasons I wouldn’t recommend the house: none of the bedrooms had mosquito nets, and there was no room for luggage in the wardrobes. The noise, mold, and lack of regard for personal space say enough. In response to the answer that was deleted after two hours, I never said I enjoyed the stay. I didn’t even say goodbye when we left. We never used the moldy rooms downstairs, although we booked the whole house and could have used any room, regardless of how many couples we were. The small-minded comment about a child’s mattress says everything about what guests should expect. In response to the next answer: Veta, Google reviews are about facts, and what I wrote is factual. The house is on a busy road, and the lower level is moldy and reeks, as shown in the attached picture. I’d even call it dangerous to guests’ health, but you couldn’t care less and rent it out without remorse, ruining people’s holidays just to make money. People need to know the facts so they don’t make the same mistake I did.

The beach is close, and the house had everything we needed for our vacation. It was cozy and very clean, and the hosts were friendly and ready to help whenever we needed something. A lovely place for children and pets.
