The hosts were so nice and welcoming. It's a quiet, clean place, and I'd recommend it.

The WiFi was the weak point. It was slow, and we couldn't get it inside our room at all, though it worked outside. I think the steel door and concrete walls may have been the reason, so anyone who relies on WiFi might want to skip this place. We came to see the archaeological site of Philippi, and the short drive there was convenient. The hotel is in a good location and feels homey, as well as quiet. The hostess was kind and hospitable, made check-in easy, and prepared a great breakfast in the morning.

Warm, thoughtful, and lovely people made me feel comfortable and welcome the whole time. It was nice meeting you folks, and I'd gladly choose this place again. Thanks!

The hosts were amazing and never intrusive. They let you do what you like and come and go as you please, though they don't speak much English. The place was really clean, and there's a little buffet bar in the yard with cold beer, coffee, and breakfast. Mornings got a bit loud with all the kids, but kids are kids. We loved staying there.
