We were there just before the mud baths opened for the season, so we couldn’t try them, but we’d love to come back. The mountain setting is beautiful, with birds singing and a shaded courtyard, right beside the famous baths. We had our dog with us and got excellent support, including a big help when we had a flat tire. Thanks for being so kind and welcoming!

I booked this hotel for the guests at my wedding, and it turned out wonderfully for everyone. The owner and whole team were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Rooms were spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with a play area for children. It’s also well placed for visiting nearby archaeological sites and the cities of Kavala and Drama. Everything was better than we expected, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The owner and staff were so helpful when I got sick, doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The hotel and garden have a really relaxing feel, and I loved the two dogs, who are calm and sweet. Give the mud baths next door a try!

We had a lovely little getaway in room 218. The breakfast was spot on, with lots of choices and not the usual hotel spread, and the two little stray dogs on the property, Hera and Anna, were heart-melting. The room wasn’t dirty, but it could have been cleaner, and the water pressure was so poor that taking a bath was difficult. It’s a beautiful, secluded hotel. Better hygiene and water pressure would make me recommend it to everyone.

Yannis Resort is set among lovely sunflower fields, with the ancient theatre and the city just 20 minutes away. It’s a great mix of nature, quiet, culture, and city life, all nearby. The staff are professional but also warm and welcoming, and the hospitality makes you feel at home. The food is exquisite, with the best local flavors, and you can enjoy it with garden views and music in the background. Whether you visit in summer or fall, make sure to stay here for the full experience. I’ll be back every year!
