We stayed in early July, when the sunny weather and high temperatures meant it was best to be indoors from about 1 pm until 6 or 7 pm. Even so, I highly recommend this place for families and couples. The beach was clean and the water lovely, and you can get sunbeds near the entrance. There's lots for everyone around the green grounds, including volleyball, table tennis, a football net and balls, plus a grill. You can also rent a boat here to visit places like The Blue Lagoon. Our room was clean, with fresh towels every two days. Upstairs apartments have balconies, while ground-floor ones have terraces. The owners were kind and ready to help, and the view was great.

The peaceful setting was a real bonus, with Kavos's main street only a five-minute walk away for restaurants, clubs, markets, and souvenir shops. Our family of four had plenty of room in a clean, spacious two-bedroom apartment on the first floor. Both bedrooms had their own balcony and lovely sea views, and watching the sun rise over the water was magical. Housekeeping came every day. The garden was large and well cared for, with plenty of sunbeds that we could take through the gate to the beach just outside. The shallow water was great for kids, and there's a water park nearby too. Katerina and Ianis made the stay feel special. They were warm, always smiling, and ready to help, and their family atmosphere made us feel at home. The fresh figs were delicious! We couldn't have asked for a better place and would love to return. Highly recommended, and many thanks to Katerina and Ianis for their hospitality.

The owners were so welcoming and friendly, and we had a great time renting a boat from them. There's a big grassy courtyard where children can play, with direct access to the beach. Our room was very clean and looked out over the courtyard and sea. One of the best places I've stayed on vacation. Highly recommended!

The powerboat was well set up, and the family gave us careful instructions on operating it, anchoring, and looking after it. They were clear about fuel use and costs. Although it was windy, they checked that the conditions felt safe and comfortable for us, without making things overly fussy. They're a lovely, civilised and interested family who did everything they could to get us ready. They replied quickly to emails in the days beforehand and were waiting for us on the street after sharing their location on WhatsApp. We were lucky to find their boat hire.

The hosts gave us detailed suggestions for places to see around the island, and were so kind and helpful throughout. The property is well maintained, with a volleyball court and table tennis. There are free sunbeds and umbrellas, and equipment for windsurfing or kayaking too. A perfect place for a family holiday. We can only say the best about the place and its hosts! 😄
