Lefkimi Hotel

Everyone on staff was amazing and made the week enjoyable. The rooms were really clean but basic, exactly what I paid for, so I was happy. The location was great and quiet in September, and I had a relaxing break with no complaints. The beach didn’t impress me, it looked grubby and like it needed some love, though I’m sure that could be sorted out easily. The area was more expensive than I’d realized, but I still had a lovely holiday.

There was no way to get a peaceful night here. We were told our room would be a little noisy, but that meant it was so loud nobody could fall asleep. Bass from nearby bars made the room shake, and there was also noise in the hotel corridors and from other rooms. They said they couldn’t do anything about street noise, but loud music was coming from hotel rooms too. At 3am, people were blasting music on their JBL speakers. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The location made everything easy: restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets and souvenir shops are just a few minutes away, and there's a lovely little beach no more than five minutes off. Even with music around, our room stayed quiet and I slept well every night. The pool was amazing, breakfast was really good (try the cheese omelette!), and our room was very nice for the price. The place is kept very clean, with staff constantly tidying up, and even the cleaners were lovely. I’d been worried by the reviews and nearly booked somewhere else. I’m so glad we came. Every staff member was helpful and genuine, and they made our week. Some of the harsher reviews feel very unfair and don’t reflect our stay. I’d book here again if I came back to kavos. A staff member drove us to a Winery excursion when we had no way to get there. That kind of help from someone working at a hotel is rare. We also really liked the evening team, especially Chris, who was a genuinely great guy. We stayed with my partner a month ago for a birthday trip, and I still miss being there. The staff were professional, polite, direct and kind. With Lefkimi Hotel, you know what to expect, and our stay came with no unpleasant surprises.
