The apartments are spacious, and there's a lovely pool and bar with a good range of food and drinks. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the restaurants and nightlife, which at least keeps you fit. Everyone on staff was really lovely and helpful. A few small things need attention: there wasn't any soap in the bathroom, and the shower head wouldn't stay up. Still, we had a great stay.

The owner and his son are outstanding, caring people, and the staff have always been welcoming and ready to help with whatever you need. I first booked Oula’s in 2023, on my first trip to kavos, and had an unforgettable stay. It was extremely clean, the pool area was stunning, and the food and drinks were fairly priced. The strip is about a 10-minute walk away, with the rose tree just around the corner if you don't feel like walking. The monistary is roughly a 10-minute ride from the hotel, and arkoudilas beach is just off the monistary road, or you can walk there if you're less lazy than me. The one issue was a speaker thumping outside my room late at night. I spoke to them, and it was turned down when I went back. We tried a place just outside kavos for two weeks afterward, and it wasn't a good experience. We're coming back for 5 days on the 29th of September and can't wait to be at Oula’s again. I think we'll stay here from now on. I only wish we'd managed to book it for those two weeks.

Kostas and Teo at the bar are genuinely the best, and they made the holiday fun. The rooms are pretty average, neither especially good nor bad, but I didn't spend much time in mine. I stayed 6 nights and found it had everything I needed for a fun trip. Probably not ideal for families, though it's not the worst place for them either. I wouldn't change a thing.

We spent a week here with a big family group and it was one of the loveliest vacations we've had. The location is spot on, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all reachable within 10 minutes on foot. The garden is wonderful, the rooms are perfectly fine, the bar is roomy and comfortable, and there's a big pool. Above all, the team were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Ben, Natalie, and the others. We loved it and will definitely come back!
