We'd read so many awful comments that we were nervous about vacationing here, but we ended up very satisfied with the service. Our room and the food were normal for a three-star hotel, and the staff we met were friendly. There are three pools to swim in. If you'd like your room cleaned, you need to ask at reception.

The air-conditioned rooms and okay breakfast were fine, but dinner was horrible. We found a rat in our room, and it had torn open a few bags of candy. There were also lots of drunk, annoying Russians. If you're touring the island and only need somewhere to sleep, it could work. For a comfortable, pleasant stay, I'd look elsewhere.

The room was quite large and the pool was good, those are the hotel's only real advantages. The service doesn't measure up to what the hotel charges.

The food was dreadful and could give you food poisoning. Don't eat there. The hotel shares its restaurant with Kavros Beach, or Yassou Kriti now.
