The family was friendly, and breakfast was tasty and filling. We had fun, but the stay came with a lot of frustration. When we tried to explain that we weren't happy with the experience, they didn't listen to us at all, which was the worst part. We booked three houses for 11 adults and 6 kids and knew some people would be using sofa beds, but the sleeping setup wasn't what we expected. Some of those beds were so old they were barely sleepable. The houses also needed more plates, forks, glasses and other basics, and could have been cleaner. For what was provided, the price per person felt far too high. We weren't told before booking that using the outdoor Jacuzzi at one house would cost an extra 30 euros for the wood. We had to keep feeding it wood every hour all day, and it still never got warm enough. Kedra village is a nice place, but it needs a lot of improvements and the stay was very overpriced.

They organized a really nice tour for us, checked in on us several times in a friendly way, and had some very good local products. The family was very nice, and they're also investing in new houses made in Finland. Still, some important things felt lacking for the price of each house. The sofas shouldn't count as proper sleeping places, and the beds weren't good enough. The houses needed better cutlery and equipment, and weren't clean enough. When one of their dogs ate our kids' shoe, we told them and got a response that it was our fault for leaving the shoes outside. That answer felt out of tone.

Villa #5 is in a lovely spot near the main village, with a good view. The hosts were very friendly and served a unique breakfast. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids, paying 250€/night, but the house quality didn't match the price and needs a lot of work before it's fully operational. The stairwell has wide openings near the top that could be dangerous for kids. The big window has a great view, but no curtain to keep out the dawn light, so we were forced awake around 7am. The WC door has gaps that let people in the living room hear and see into it, a huge fail. The WC and kitchen are also too small and low quality, and the beds and furniture weren't comfortable enough for this price. The hosts should fix the operating and safety problems and lower the price a lot.

Amazing rooms and such a friendly family. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I only had two days there and wished I could have stayed longer. Ask the family what activities you can do, they're really helpful.

The setting was magical, with the chalets tucked among fir trees, but what we got didn't feel worth 200 euros per chalet. We came as two families for three days. Our chalet had no refrigerator, and the dark curtains were still transparent, so the sun woke us early every morning. The bathroom door was wood with gaps, which meant you could see and hear everything. We'd said on the phone that we wanted a triple room with a sofa bed for our child, but the sofa wouldn't open. When I pointed this out on arrival, I was told it wasn't their obligation. In the end I moved the furniture with the owner, she opened the sofa, then left me to put on the sheets. Breakfast was mediocre and had few choices. Lunch offered two dishes, salad and potatoes, and the club sandwiches and pizza snacks weren't tasty.
