Everything you might need is just a few steps away, including the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, and car hire. We loved relaxing on the balcony, and the studio was spotless. Fresh towels and sheets were provided several times during our stay, and they took the COVID-19 rules for holiday accommodation seriously. The owners are lovely and very helpful. We had a fantastic first trip to Kos and are already planning to stay at Sevoulas Studios again next year. Thanks for such a great stay!

For one room, I did think it was a little pricey, though it was high season. The balcony was large enough for a table and two chairs, with a sea view. The room itself was spacious, super clean, and had a very comfortable bed, plus a kettle and small cooker if you need them. We used the air conditioning in August. The beach, supermarket, and tavernas are all within walking distance. We only stayed one night, but would definitely return.

The owners were especially friendly and helpful. Our stay at Sevoulas Studios was lovely, with a spacious, clean room and the beach just a few minutes away.

Our best stay in Kos. The studio apartment is right in the centre of Kefalos, and booking a room also gets you free sunbeds on the beach. There's a supermarket nearby if you'd like to cook, plus lots of restaurants along the beach. The bus from Kos or the airport stops almost next to Sevaula.

The rooms are large and clean, with a broad view of the sea and Nissyri volcano. The bathroom has been renovated, the kitchen is equipped, and the mattresses are new.
