The staff were welcoming and the service was very good. We stayed five nights, then asked to extend, and the manager agreed without any trouble. The room was simple but clean and good. Getting around by public transport is a bit difficult, so having a car is best. Special thanks to Anna for being so polite and making excellent coffee. We had an enjoyable stay and will be back. A complete disaster. The room looked nothing like the one I saw online when I arrived. I had booked it just an hour earlier, but they refunded only half my money and said that was their policy, so I lost 50 euros out of the 100. I also spoke with the manager, who said he would return the other 50 euros, but apparently that was just a lie. I absolutely don't recommend this place. Thieves and liars.

This is a hotel by the hour, and the room was extremely dirty, with things left behind by previous guests. There were no blankets, hairdryer, or any other amenities, and no bar or restaurant either. The area felt quite unsafe, and even the staff were extremely rude. I can't think of a worse experience. Avoid it at all costs.

The Golden Suite was especially wonderful, and our stay there was memorable. The service was excellent and polite. We've become regular clients ever since.
