The villa was much nicer in person than it looked in the photos, which is the opposite of what often happens. The staff were a big help, and my stay was a very positive experience. I hadn't been given the addresses of the different villas when booking, so I expected to be within walking distance of Skala. Mine was actually close enough to walk to Psilli Ammos Beach, a gorgeous spot in the south of the island. That was a lovely surprise for me, though the location could be difficult for someone who has trouble driving at night or getting around on foot. I hope I get the chance to come back someday.
