My parents stayed this week and had a lovely time, just as they'd hoped for the money they paid. Sophia and the cleaning staff were great, and the location and facilities suited them perfectly. They'd been unsure after reading the reviews, but were glad they stayed.

The area is great and the beach is really nice. The place to stay, though, is poor, outdated and just downright depressing.

The old-fashioned hotel looks lovely, sits in a great spot and has a decent pool. The rooms are very tired, though, and the bathroom was terrible. Water went everywhere when I showered, and I can't describe how bad the loo was. I don't think it had ever been cleaned with bleach or toilet cleaner.

The pool was nice, the location was good, and the staff really did their best. Sophia and the gentleman on the cleaning staff were especially helpful. Our room was at least clean, though we'd heard other guests arrived to dirty rooms. The rooms are very dated, and the badly designed bathroom is tiny and floods easily. For a two-star price, you get a two-star stay.

We were in the smaller section overlooking the pool. The room was clean and adequate, though dated; the beds need upgrading and a few bulbs needed changing, but it was fine overall. The little pool is kept clean, and the location is good, although the hotel is near the top of a hill that some people may find quite steep. Breakfast was a basic continental buffet. Sophia seems to do everything, and she's lovely and happy to help. It's a two-star hotel, so go in ready for a few imperfections and hopefully you'll have a good holiday.
