The location is very convenient, and it's easy to stroll around Skala for shops, food and drinks. The hotel is pet friendly too. But the price is a total ripoff for the cleanliness and the amenities actually available in the room.

The couple managing the property were lovely. He picked us up at the port at midnight and helped carry our luggage to the studio. Breakfast was served in abundance at the lovely rooftop bar, overlooking Skala and Chora. They made sure we had what we needed, helped with directions and ideas for places to visit around the islands, and gave us maps and island guides. We had a very pleasant stay in Patmos. The room was air conditioned, clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette and fridge. The bathroom was clean and spacious too, and the room was serviced daily. Thank you for giving us such a lovely memory of our stay in Patmos! Highly recommended! ♥️

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was central, near the quieter end of town, with a small beach and coves nearby. The rooms were nice, though there are lots of stairs, so bear that in mind. The simple top terrace has wonderful views.

The location is spot on and the price feels like great value. Our hosts were so kind and helpful, too. The rooms could use a little updating, though it sounds like that work is underway. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'll definitely come back.
