The owners were lovely. Our boat was two hours late, but he waited for us until 11 pm. Kini beach is less than a three-minute walk away.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, well kept, and quiet, with a nice yard. The hosts were lovely, polite, and always smiling. The location is excellent, just three steps from the organized beach and beside free parking, shops, the mini market, and bakery. We'll definitely return. Even though we only had a few days, it was one of our best holidays!

The rooms are very small for the price. The sheets are changed only every three days, and water comes out all over the bathroom.

The beach is literally five steps away, and Mr. Giannis was always smiling, ready to help and tell us whatever we wanted to know. It's a beautiful place, put together with love and care for the details. I highly recommend it!
