Captain's Apartments

We had a special stay in this lovely port on a beautiful island. The apartment was clean, spacious, and just right for three, with a big terrace. The ladies looking after it were so nice, and Georgia took wonderful care of us.

We really appreciated how clean and well cared for the apartments were, and how often they were serviced. The setup is typically Greek, with a couple of hob rings, a microwave-grill cooker, enough crockery and cutlery, plenty of space to hang clothes, and a small shower room with a curtain. Captain Dion and his family made us feel very welcome and were always ready to help. The apartments sit in a quiet spot just uphill from Kioni, with pretty gardens full of fruit trees, flowers and bougainvillea. In the evenings, sitting out on the balcony in the dark, we could watch the night sky and hear scops owls and grasshoppers. Well worth recommending 😆

This family-run place has fantastic hosts who make sure you're looked after. The rooms are clean and spacious, with the basics you need for a no-frills stay. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly decent, good enough to stream Netflix in high quality. There's also a small TV, fridge, cooktop and microwave. The bathroom is on the small side, but manageable.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and the place is well maintained. The location is superb. Highly recommended.
