Mandy Suites

Eviva, the hotel restaurant right by the sea, made a big impression on us. The atmosphere was magical, the food delicious, and the view breathtaking. The owner and his son were always smiling, around to help, and ready with advice. The rooms were cleaned every day by a lovely, very polite lady. Mandy Suites is also well placed for getting around Kissamos, close to shops, the market, sea, beaches, and bus stop. This was our first trip abroad, and we came with a travel agency without knowing what to expect. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. We loved the place and hope we can return. Thanks again for everything.

We spent a wonderful week here, and would choose this accommodation again for a beach holiday in western Crete. We prefer smaller places with a family feel to big hotel complexes, and this had that character completely. It’s right by the sea on a little promenade, nearly in the town center, yet still very peaceful. Our apartment had a lovely sea view, and we were upgraded at no extra cost. The rooms are simply but nicely furnished, everything was clean and in very good condition, and the kitchen was well equipped. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There are several large playgrounds in town, and the beach by the house is decent too. Dear Sula and Dana, thank you for a lovely week.

The people at the hotel were a big plus, so helpful and welcoming, and they created a lovely family atmosphere. The service is basic, but it was enough for our stay. I’d recommend it if you like local places and a quiet setting. My room was clean and in an amazing location, with a kitchen and basic appliances, and breakfast included in the price. You can eat with a sea view. One thing to know, my first-floor room faced the pool and street, so it was noisy in the evenings and mornings. Air conditioning was available on request.

We spent a week here and loved it. The view is perfect, and the staff were amazing, kind, and so helpful. They make you feel like you’ve known them forever. It’s also a great base for getting to different places, and we had no trouble with translation or using the buses. There’s so much good food nearby. Great people, good prices, and amazing views. My wife and I highly recommend staying here in Kissomos.
