I've never had better service. The staff were incredible, and the property was phenomenal. Our room was very clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds. I couldn't be more impressed. Highly recommend!

The location made it easy to enjoy the center of Kissamos, with the seaside, restaurants, and bars right nearby. Our room was spacious, clean, and well looked after, with a lovely view of the sea and pool. The only letdown was the wifi, which wasn't working properly, but we used it as a chance to switch off and relax 😌. I'd recommend it!

Everyone on staff was exceptionally polite, and the room was fine. Everything else was very good, though there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom, a bit like mold. I also would have liked coffee in the room instead of only tea.🍀

The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were amazing. I also loved the balcony overlooking the pool and sea. Private parking was very handy. We didn't try breakfast, but I'd love to return for it. Highly recommended, 10/10!

The hotel had good facilities, a pool with a bar, tasty breakfast, and friendly staff. We were on the ground floor, though, and noise carried into the room. Around 1am on our first night there was loud music, and nobody from staff stepped in. I'm not sure anyone was around. We were up early, around 6-6:30am, and on one morning the power was out. I asked someone from staff from our terrace for help. He was friendly, but seemed bothered by the problem, and I had to ask several times before he checked it. Breakfast might not be ready if you arrive at 8am, so 10-15 minutes later could be better. The wifi was really bad, but we didn't complain since it wasn't that important on a family trip.
