Maria Studios & Apartments

Maria Studios was a quiet oasis for our ten days in Kokkari last year. The spacious balconies looked over a garden full of fragrant flowers, and were lovely for morning coffee or an evening drink. It felt very family-friendly and calm. The location also made it easy to walk to the beach, town center, restaurants, nightlife and shops. If you rent a car from Autoland, there’s a free parking space beside the hotel, which was handy in a busy town. Maria is the heart of the place. She was always around, welcoming, and attentive to service quality. Our room was spotless every day, with fresh towels, and any request we made was handled right away with a cheerful smile. The recently renovated apartments were clean and spacious, with the essentials we needed: a fridge, reliable air conditioning, and a safe for valuables. The beds were big and comfortable, and the wardrobe had plenty of room for ten days’ worth of clothes and souvenirs. Samos itself is a beautiful Aegean island, and our stay added a lot to the holiday. For the personal service and facilities, we found the value for money outstanding. We’re planning to return to Maria Studios this coming summer.

I appreciated the personal feel at Maria Hotel. It wasn’t crowded or overly commercial, and I felt guests really mattered. The staff were warm, approachable, and happy to answer questions or offer suggestions about the area. From check-in to check-out I felt welcome, almost like part of the family. It was also very quiet, day and night. The comfortable beds and well-insulated rooms meant I wasn’t disturbed, and it was a relaxing place to recharge after exploring. Cleanliness stood out throughout, from the lobby and hallways to the spotless rooms and bathrooms. Fresh towels, quality toiletries, and daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and well organized. I felt comfortable and well looked after from arrival to departure. Maria Hotel may not have the scale or extravagance of a large luxury hotel, but the mix of professionalism and personal warmth gave me comfort and peace of mind. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, peaceful stay.

Maria and her sister Kiki were easy to reach whenever we had a question, both at the apartment and on WhatsApp. We stayed for a week and would definitely recommend Maria’s. The apartment was cleaned every day, with fresh towels daily. Having a drying rack on the balcony was handy for our towels and bathing suits. The location was perfect, about two minutes from the beach and also a good distance from the harbor, with its cute shops and nice restaurants. We rented a car and used the public parking space nearby, so we didn’t have far to walk. Very nice apartment, great service and a perfect location.

Maria and her family made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. They were friendly, warm, and always available when I needed anything, and their hospitality made the stay especially enjoyable. The apartments were clean and in a great location too. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and I can’t wait to return.
