We found this a handy base for seeing western Crete, with Chania city and the airport well connected, and shops and the beach easy to reach in town. Emilio and his wife made everything simple with their advice and warm hospitality. The place is well kept and equipped, with clean rooms and a patio, plus a bar and coffee area in a peaceful setting. Having coffee there in the morning or a drink at sunset with the view was a lovely bonus. Highly recommended.

We barely had to plan our days because Emilio was always ready with ideas for places to visit, eat, or just unwind. He even gave us a personalized guide when we arrived, and was friendly and available throughout. His partner was just as welcoming, and their hospitality helped make this one of our best holidays. The property sits in a quiet village between Kissamos and central Chania. Our room was spotless and carefully looked after, and the garden jacuzzi was especially lovely in the evening after exploring. One extra tip: don't miss Emilio's fast food place in Rethymno, Vibe. The smash burgers are among the best in town.

The place itself was spotless, cozy, and had its own distinctive style. Emilio made the stay especially good. He's the best host we've had, and gave us useful information about the area, including tips on the nicer beaches and a private day boat trip to Balos. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend staying here.
