The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, with a few exceptions, and there was some kind of entertainment every day. We enjoyed the beaches once we got there, but they were quite far away. Walking in the heat wasn’t pleasant; scooters or buses made the trip easier. The room didn’t feel cozy or clean. There were footprints on the floor when we arrived and stains on the towels. The amenities didn’t work, and the old bathroom was in poor shape, with a very small shower and water that wouldn’t drain properly. Food tasted decent, but wasn’t always topped up promptly, and the ingredients seemed lower quality. The drinks were especially disappointing, too sweet and poor quality, and gave us pyrosis. Loud music went on late, then other guests kept making noise after it stopped. To me, this hotel doesn’t meet four-star standards.

The all-inclusive offer only ran from 10:30 to 22:30, and the soft drinks were disgusting. The food wasn’t tasty and was nearly the same every day. It didn’t feel like a clean place, either. Our towels were dirty, and spiders, ants, and other insects could get in through the gap under the entrance door. We were in the hotel building, not the villas shown in most of the pictures, and the room looked nothing like them. It didn’t feel cozy. We had a double bed with two single mattresses that slid sideways, leaving us falling into the gap onto the wooden support. We slept badly. Air conditioning cost 10 euros a day, and without paying, we weren’t given the remote. I was very disappointed. This doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Management seems focused on cutting costs rather than quality; at best, I’d call this a two-star hotel. Our room for three had a separate pool entrance, but no stairs down to the pool. The TV had no signal, and there was no wireless internet. Food was scarce, and there was no Greek food, Greek cheese, or air conditioning in the dining or public areas. The wine was served hot.

The only reason I’m giving one star is the young woman at the bar, who was always welcoming. Everything else was awful. The food was disgusting, and the dishes, cups, and glasses smelled terrible. The drinks were cheap and rubbish, and the entertainment was rubbish too. The head of entertainment was rude and arrogant, and there wasn’t even a proper place for entertainment. There’s no way this is a four-star hotel; I’d give it one star at most. I’d read negative reviews before booking, and after our visit I saw that they were honest. I should have believed them. Avoid this hotel at any price.
