It really was perfect, just as we thought when we arrived. The house is set up for outdoor living, with lovely places to sit all around it, well-kept gardens, nice views, and a small pool with steps. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was welcoming to find water, toilet roll, and a few useful bits and pieces. A nice bottle of wine and a friendly tour from our rep finished off the welcome. The bedrooms were a good size with decent hanging space. The beds were a little hard, but that always seems to happen when we travel to Greece, so it didn’t bother us much. I almost don’t want anyone else to book it, since I want to come back!

Our first time staying in a villa, and we loved it. The villa was secluded, with loads of outdoor space, a lovely pool, and plenty of comfortable sunloungers. There was so much equipment inside that self-catering was easy, and we used the excellent BBQ a lot. We had four adults and two young children, though it would suit six adults just as well. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and Tsambika beach is a five-minute drive away. The beach has clear, gently shelving water and sand, plus a couple of restaurants. Take a sunlounger from one of them and you get waiter service. Amor massage on the beach was excellent.
A great villa, I’d recommend it.
There’s plenty of outdoor space, the pool itself is nice, and all the windows have mosquito nets. That’s what earns this place its one star from us. We’re still here, and can’t understand the great reviews. It has potential, but it needs investment and attention. We won’t come back. And if you like over-the-top decor, this is the place for you. We’re four people, the maximum allowed. The ground-floor bedroom is so cramped you can barely get past the bed; the two upstairs rooms are okay. Both bathrooms are tiny, and showering leaves the whole room wet. There’s hardly any counter space, and no pool towels. We were given small and large towels, supposedly not for the pool, but there weren’t any pool towels at all. Both toilets have been running continuously for 11 days. A repairman has been twice, and they still haven’t been fixed. The outdoor photos on FeWo show eight matching loungers. We have eight too, but two have worn-out fabric, two are broken, and one is rusty, leaving only three usable loungers for four people. We reported it right away, but after 11 days neither the management nor owner had replaced them. We were told the pool is cleaned every other day around 6 a.m. I get up early and haven’t seen that happen. So far, it was cleaned once, at 4 p.m., and we had to get out. All three parasols are worn and partly broken. There are also dirty pillows on the balcony, with no clear use for them. The living room is a joke. The listing says there’s a dining room with seats for eight, but we’re still looking for it. It doesn’t exist here. The kitchen isn’t big enough for four, and that isn’t clear in the photos. The beds are all too hard because they have boards under the mattresses instead of slatted frames. It’s also nowhere near as quiet as you might expect. The property is on the access road to the all-inclusive hotels, and there’s a bus every 15 minutes from morning till night.
