Elite Corfu - Adults Friendly

I had a really bad experience here. The room was full of ants, and they bit both my friend and me. We had to leave in the middle of the night and find another hotel. The staff weren’t cooperative when I asked about leaving early: they treated it as a cancellation, wouldn’t refund me, and wouldn’t let my friend stay either, even though both our names were on the booking. I lost more than €400 and got no help. Very disappointing, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

The pool and breakfast area was cute, and when we visited in early June there were lots of flowers out. Our balcony had a wonderful sea view, even though the room itself didn’t face the sea. The hotel is fine overall, but there was some noise from flights leaving Corfu as they turn directly overhead. Getting around is a drawback. The hotel sits 400 metres up a hill, so a car is really needed, including for dinner. There isn’t much close by, and Dassia beach nearby doesn’t have much charm. If you do stay, I can recommend the 35 boat rental and restaurant Thomas.

We had a lovely week at this small, quiet, family-run hotel. The owners were so nice and helpful, and their dog came to greet us every day. Our room had a nice view and was clean, though a little dated; it still had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple, with some changes from day to day. The drive up the hill seemed a bit worrying at first, but it got easier and quicker as the days passed. Corfu’s roads aren’t great in general. We enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend the place.

The view from our room over the bay and surrounding area was outstanding. It’s a calm, safe place surrounded by nature. Rooms are average, but everything was clean and pleasant, and the price for the quality is extremely good. The garden and pool are lovely and easy to access, and breakfast is generous, with something for everyone, including anyone who wants a big meal. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and chatty, and the owner was lovely too. Everyone seemed eager to help. I’m not sure how public transport or taxis work on Corfu, but I’d recommend having a car since the hotel is high up a hill and it’s a 10-15 minute walk downhill. I’d definitely consider coming back if I visit Corfu again.
