Bourazani Wildlife Resort

The fireplace in the lobby and restaurant was the highlight, especially with coffee or tea. It’s a relaxing place in a magnificent natural setting, with friendly staff, delicious food, and a top-notch breakfast buffet.

The place has a unique decor, and the menu is wonderfully eclectic. The local wine list is thoughtfully put together and hard to find elsewhere. We went for the restaurant and were very glad we did. If you’re in the area, you have to eat there at least once!

We left Bourazani feeling rested, inspired, and grateful. It’s a place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and remember simpler, meaningful things. From the reception team to the restaurant and wildlife staff, everyone was warm, sincere, attentive, and helpful without being intrusive. The hospitality felt generous and heartfelt. Our wildlife tour through the Bourazani Environmental Park was a real highlight. The guide was passionate and knowledgeable, explaining the animals’ behavior and habitats as well as the conservation work. We saw red deer, wild hogs, and even the rare kri-kri goats in spacious natural enclosures. It felt respectful and educational, not like a touristy attraction, and gave us a deeper appreciation of the local ecosystem. The resort sits beside the Aoos River, surrounded by forests and mountains, with a peaceful, almost untouched feel. Stone and wood fit naturally into the setting, and the warm interiors made it feel like home. Our room was cozy, clean, and full of character. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and we especially enjoyed quiet mornings with birdsong, fresh air, and a generous breakfast made with local ingredients. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. It was an unforgettable stay combining natural beauty, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for something real.

Just a 15-minute drive from Konitsa, Bourazani resort is a real gem in the heart of nature. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable, with lovely views of the pool and surrounding mountains. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, where we tried freshly cooked local galotiri and hortopita. The breakfast buffet was fresh and pleasant, though the choices were a little limited. More local recipes would be a nice addition. We had a very pleasant stay, and many thanks to Vassilis for making us feel at home and always wanting to give us the best.
