Potamolithos Suites

The owner was friendly, easy to reach, and very polite, and there were lovely handmade touches from the area. We stayed in a beautiful, warm apartment with a fireplace that honestly felt like home, all for a great price. It’s just a short distance from the historic stone bridge from the 18th century above the famous Aoos River. Definitely recommend it!

We’d like to thank Lefteris and his family. Staying by the Aoos in Konitsa felt like finding a quiet little refuge. At night, the sound of the river seemed to weave dreams, and in the morning the sun lit up the mountains in gold. It became more than a place to stay. The silence and nature gave me room to listen to the river, the mountain, and myself.

The room was lovely, clean, and well looked after. Its stone walls and low stools give it a real countryside feel, like a classic grandparents’ house in a village, fireplace and all. The host was kind and greeted us with a smile.

It’s a great spot, right by the historic bridge of Konitsa and only about ten minutes from the center. The owner was helpful and cooperative whenever we needed anything. Our room was spacious, warm and welcoming, with excellent soundproofing, very good internet, a king-size bed, and a large bathroom with all the basics. You wouldn’t guess it was winter outside.
