The outdoor deck was a lovely place for dinners and drinks, with plenty of lighting, and there was always something to do thanks to the tennis court with a basketball hoop, table tennis and gym. The open kitchen and big living space also made it easy for our family to spend time together. We were nine adults and three children under six, and the villa suited us really well, with en-suites in every room but one. Daily cleaning and the supplied basics, including lots of towels and kitchen items, made the stay feel comfortable and homely. It was our first trip to Corfu, and finding this villa worked out wonderfully. Kostas was an outstanding host, quick to respond and ready to help make everything enjoyable. He pointed us to Makarikas for taxis, which I’d recommend to others staying nearby. Bring mosquito coils and spray, though, as you’ll need them.

The villa is tucked away and very private, so getting to nearby towns means arranging a car or minibus. Costas gave us minibus contacts, and we used them every day. We stayed from 9th to 14th June and would happily come back. There was plenty to keep us occupied, from the swimming pool and small indoor pool to the sauna, gym, table tennis, fussball, music systems, bikes and sports gear. The rooms had good AC, and there were lots of fridges and freezers for drinks and ice. The place was immaculate, with daily maid service and regular towel changes, including towels for the pool and deck chairs. Costas and his wife welcomed us with cooked food and stocked the fridges with essentials like milk, eggs and water for our first day.

A lovely spot for couples or a family getaway, with an amazing location. We did have one serious annoyance: the lights kept cutting out, and we ended up spending a night in the dark in such a large property. That really needs attention.

We were 14 people from one extended family, and staying here felt like we’d somehow wandered into an oligarch’s palace. Top villa.
