Achilleas Hotel Apartments

The air conditioning barely worked, and the vent wasn't clean. The room was more like a two-star standard, and the view was just okay, facing the port's truck loading area. The location sounds appealing, but Kos is a small island that’s easy to get around on foot or by bike, so that alone means little. We were women travelling with a child, and the owner treated us harshly. He was rude and aggressive, raised his voice and yelled at us several times, even when we tried to speak calmly. Our issue was a late checkout, which we were happy to pay extra for. We didn't expect to be verbally abused over it. The view and location aren't worth this experience. Stay far away.

It's the first building you see when you get off the ferry. The rooms are spacious and clean, with an amazing view. My ferry was cancelled, so I had to return a day early. The hotel manager moved my reservation to a later date without any trouble. Thanks!

We found the hotel friendly and kind, and everything suited us. It’s not a luxury place, but the location and view make up for that. After checkout, you can leave your luggage in locked cabinets and take the keys with you.

The apartments are spacious, very clean and fully equipped, with an amazing sea view at the port in Kos town. The landlord was awesome, extremely kind and helpful. There’s plenty around, including the beachfront, shops, coffee places, restaurants, clubs and pubs. Town centre is a five-minute walk away. Highly recommended.
