This place is decent at best, so don't expect much. It's not really close to anything, and you'll need transportation. I arrived late after a tiring day of travel, then at 11am the owner knocked on my door and told me I had to check out right away. I spent most of the day at the pool, and nobody checked in with me once. That didn't feel very nice.

The staff were friendly, and the price is low for Santorini. The street noise was bothersome, and Wi-Fi only worked near reception. The exterior isn't bad, but the dirt inside was hard to overlook: grey towels, and floors and tables that hadn't been cleaned or disinfected. The cleanliness kept me from giving it two stars, though the price-to-quality value would be worth two.

We checked in at 4pm, two hours after the stated 2pm check-in time, and the room still wasn't ready, even though the hotel seemed quite empty. When we asked for a better rate because of the Wi-Fi issue, they said the price didn't include Wi-Fi. The hotel later said they'd correct the advertisement. They also refused to move us to another room despite plenty of vacancies, or offer any discount. We paid the quoted price, and are happy to pay a posted price when the service matches it. The room was old and not clean. There was a spider on a pillow, a hair inside another, and the white towels looked grey and dirty. We had damp, cold sheets and couldn't sleep. Six hours later, when we raised it, we were told they'd been steamed. The power went out for a few minutes one night, leaving the semi-deserted area in total darkness. We weren't warned this could happen or given a flashlight or candle, and the two other girls were scared too. Wi-Fi was available by the front desk, but not in our room. At first we were told the internet sometimes drops, and then that there was only public Wi-Fi near the lobby. I pointed out that the amenities listing said “Free Wifi” and said it was deceitful to advertise free Wi-Fi if it wasn't available throughout the property. The woman got defensive and asked if I was calling her a liar. I said no, and she said they'd change the listing. When I later asked for a discount, they said Wi-Fi wasn't included in the room price. We ordered coffee after being told it cost 3 euros. Once we'd paid, the woman brought out a receipt for 3.50 euros and tried to charge another 0.50. She said it was because they'd used a larger cup since they didn't have smaller ones. We hadn't asked for a larger size and nobody had said there were different sizes. In the hotel's reply, they claimed there was no spider or hair when the room was checked. They also suggested we might have eaten in bed and attracted a spider. Spiders eat insects, not food, so that would mean there were other insects around. They said the Wi-Fi signal had broken due to weather, even though there was always Wi-Fi at the front desk while we were there. Their reply gave three different reasons for the Wi-Fi problem. They also said the power cut was island-wide and that they'd already given us a discount, but we paid the amount we were quoted and received none. They asked about changing rooms too. We had planned to stay another day, but moved to a different hotel for our final night.

❌Don't stay here❌ We had a pile of problems. Check-in was pushed back by two hours without any warning, with them repeatedly blaming Covid. Once they said the room was ready, a strong cleaning chemical smell hit us. The sheets and pillows looked damp and moldy and were dirty, the towels were stained, and there was dust and hair by the bedside. My friend and I started wiping and sanitizing the room ourselves. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned either, with hair everywhere. We called staff to clean it, and they did, but missed spots like the tap handles. It didn't feel healthy, especially during Covid. The last straw was the shower drain backing up so the water took a while to go down. I packed up and asked for a refund, which they strongly refused. I wouldn't back down either. Then the woman owner said my friend and I had dirtied the sheets, even though we'd been in the room for barely half an hour. The man owner claimed we wanted our money back because he'd refused to rent us a scooter. We'd asked about rental prices earlier, and I didn't even know he was the owner. I was shocked by the accusation. After a lot of arguing and roaming charges while calling hotels.com, I got a full refund plus a coupon for my next hotel booking. This hotel is TRASH!!!! Please don't stay there.
