We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant inside Albergo Gelsomino, with wonderful service from a super nice staff. It's right by the port of Kos, with a beautiful view, especially around sunset. The food was amazing. They served a chef's welcome Amuse Bouche, bread service, and even some Patisserie after dessert. We asked for a vegetarian option, and the kitchen made an off-menu dish: a beautiful vegetable risotto. Every plate felt special and definitely met Michelin standards. I can absolutely recommend dining at Gelsomino.

I'd been hoping to try this restaurant for a long time and finally went last night. The food, presentation and wine were all superb, and the polite staff gave impeccable service. It was an exceptional experience, definitely a must-visit.

We wanted to spend time on their beach, which was nearly empty, but they told us to leave because the sunbeds were full, even after we said we'd pay the price to sit there. The customer service was horrible. We've visited a lot of countries across most of Europe, Asia and America and have never been treated like that. I don't recommend it at all.

We stayed at this hotel two years in a row, and it's a gem in the city. The rooms are spacious and stylish, the breakfast selection is great, and the food and drinks are delicious. It also has a nice beach with amenities and, most of all, perfect customer service. It's a small hotel but very comprehensive. I wish all hotels were like Alberto Gelsimino. Thanks for making our stay memorable.
