Anastasia Hotel & Apts Kos

We stayed September 4-11, 2025, in room 202, which had a pool view from the balcony. Everything was spotless, and the staff were brilliant. Yuli at reception and Adonis? at the bar were especially good, though everyone at reception was helpful and did all they could for us. The beach and shops are about a seven-minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a lovely harbour. We’d definitely go back.

Antonis and Giorgos made our visit to the pool bar at Anastasia Hotel in Kos feel especially welcoming. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to see that we had what we needed. The food was fresh, tasty, and well prepared, too. A lovely place to stop for a relaxing drink and a good meal.

This was our second visit, and we had a wonderful holiday again. The one-bedroom apartment was a good size and had the equipment we needed. Housekeeping did a fantastic job: the room was mopped and the bins emptied daily, we had plenty of clean towels, and the bed was changed three times. The location works well for the town and beach, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. All the hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The independently run pool bar served good food and snacks at very reasonable prices, and its staff were just as lovely. One thing to keep in mind is that July and August bring a lot of younger guests, which may not suit everyone.

The pool bar food was delicious and very reasonably priced, and the staff and service were great. The rooms were spacious, modern, and updated, though the bathroom still felt old-fashioned and could use an upgrade. The walls and doors are thin, so hallway noise carries, especially when people walk by. There’s also some daytime traffic noise from the road, but it was manageable and didn’t stop us enjoying the pool. The location worked well for us, just a few minutes by bike from the sea and Kos Old Town.
