Kipriotis Hippocrates & Maris Suites

We’ve just had a fabulous stay at Kipriotis Maris suites from 6-13th May. Our first-level room was spacious, with huge front and side balconies looking over the beach, and cleanliness was 10/10. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant manager and her team made meals a pleasure, with a wide range of food for all tastes. The hotel had only just opened for the season, so there were few guests and it was very quiet, which suited us. The bus stop is opposite, and Auto Car nearby offers electric bikes, scooters, buggies and cars. It’s a quick five-minute trip into town, so if you’d rather avoid the town’s hustle, this is a perfect spot for rest and relaxation with easy access to cheap public transport. We’ll happily return. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay.

The pool was a lovely place to unwind, and the hotel itself felt quiet and restful. Our room was clean, and we really enjoyed the tasty food with plenty of variety. We had a wonderful holiday here and would recommend it.

We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back. The room was kept clean and in good shape, and the food was delicious with lots of choice. Even the snacks changed regularly and were tasty.

We chose Kipriotis Maris for its promised facilities and activities for children, but after travelling with our child, we found there was almost nothing for kids. Instead, after arriving with a booking that was fully paid, we were moved to Kipriotis Panorama without warning or explanation. We were told it was “the same hotel,” which it plainly wasn't. The properties and conditions were different, and what we got was much worse than what we had booked and paid for. It was old, visibly dirty in places, and poorly maintained, well below the advertised standard. Communication was no better once we arrived. The staff weren't helpful and avoided dealing with us, so we felt ignored, with no real attempt to resolve things. They offered £100 compensation, but that was insignificant given the scale of the problem and didn't reflect the hotel's condition or the misleading relocation. The accommodation, service, and facilities all fell short of what had been sold. This was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it.
