Atlantica Thalassa Hotel - All Inclusive

The entertainment team, kat, Stefan and jaylin, were awesome and helped when anyone didn't understand an activity. Volleyball, football, table tennis, beer pong and darts were the best ones. They kept things competitive but still made a good atmosphere for kids and adults. We had a great holiday, with really friendly staff, clean rooms, good food and good service. I'd recommend the hotel and give it 5 stars.

I really enjoyed my stay with TUI, and we're already thinking about coming back. The staff were lovely throughout. We got in at 1am and were pleasantly surprised to find packed lunches waiting for us after the journey. Our room was clean, modern and looked just like the online photos. There's a weekly schedule of daytime and evening activities, so it's easy to join in. Big thanks to Charmaine, Jaylin and Kat, the entertainment team, who kept everyone busy from 10am to 10pm. The buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner had plenty of choice. As a pescatarian, I always found something, though a fully vegetarian guest might have fewer options. The Gyros snack bar serves gyros, toasties and chips from lunchtime until dinner. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and the hotel provides a timetable to help plan trips. It's €2 each way, cash only, or the hotel can call a taxi for around €10 to Dolphin Square. The beach is near the bus stop and no more than a 10 minute walk to the shore. There's also a mini-mart on site from 9:30 am to midnight, with souvenirs, snacks, drinks and essentials like medicine. The friendly cats around the hotel were one of my favourite things. It was our first all-inclusive holiday, and I couldn't recommend the place enough.

The staff made this feel like such a special holiday. Everyone was wonderful, from reception and the bar Lodge and pool teams to the masseuse, kitchen crew and the entertainers leading Kalimera and morning pool stretching. There were so many thoughtful touches: a welcome drink, snacks if you'd missed dinner, and lovely soft beach towels. The hairdryers actually kept working, even on my dense hair that takes ages to dry. When the air conditioning started failing, they replaced the unit while we were out and left the room in great shape. They even found an earing I hadn't noticed I'd lost. If your flight is after checkout, there's a room you can book to shower and get ready, so you can enjoy the day and beach before heading to the airport, free of charge. The hotel is modern, beautiful and comfortable. I really recommend it. Thanks to everyone for a super holliday!

The hotel is immaculate and the beds were the comfiest we've ever had. Our modern room was cleaned daily, and the staff were all so helpful that nothing felt like a problem. We had a fantastic 7 day holiday at The Atlantica Thalassa and will certainly return. Food was great at every meal, with something for everyone. We especially loved the themed evenings, Mexican night was superb, and the kids enjoyed the poolside bar snacks, salad bar and daily Gyros 🥙. The entertainment team were always cheerful and kept the children busy with a full activity program. There was football, volleyball, table tennis, darts, dancing, aqua aerobics and kids club. The beach is across the road, and the bus to Kos stops right outside the hotel. A little farther up, outside the blue lagoon hotel, there's a free bus to the water park. We loved sitting on the outdoor terrace in the evening, watching the sunset with drinks and entertainment.
