The staff remembered our usual orders, habits and even earlier conversations after only a few days, and they made us feel so welcome. The food was lovely, the drinks were well made, and snacks came with them. There's plenty to do on site, with several pools, different sunbed areas, a pool bar, spa and gym. Although the hotel feels a little secluded, you can catch a bus outside to Kos Town. A local shop can deliver and collect rental cars, buggies or bikes at the hotel, and I'd recommend the electric bikes. Everything's handy whether you want to relax or explore the island. My husband and I first came to Kos last September for a relative's wedding, and we knew from the start we'd booked somewhere special. Even though it was very late, the staff were friendly and attentive. They took our bags and drove us in a little buggy to what we thought was our room, then we found out we'd been upgraded because of availability on our dates. The apartment was amazing, beautifully furnished and sparkling clean, with a private pool overlooking the beach. We loved the hotel so much that we've booked again for this year. See you Sunday 11th October, Diamond Deluxe Hotel. Best wishes from Christine & Craig Baldwin.

The food was amazing every time, and worth staying several days for on its own. Staff were all highly educated, very friendly and ready to help with any request. The outdoor pool area is large, and the facilities are good quality and well arranged. There's also an indoor pool with a jacuzzi. A couple of things could be improved: the gym equipment is limited and some machines didn't work, and numbers on the outside of each block would help identify room groups. We got mixed up about which room was ours more than once. Highly recommended.

Our second visit to Diamond Deluxe Hotel, in September 2025, surpassed the high expectations we already had after staying in September 2023. We loved the calm, serene feel then and had been eager to return. We're already planning a third trip. The resort makes quite an impression when you arrive. It's immaculate, well equipped and maintained, with picturesque gardens full of fruit and olive trees. Staff from the front desk to the servers and bar team were friendly and ready to help with anything. You can tell they're proud of the hotel and guest experience. It's an adults-only luxury spot with swim-up rooms, a private beach and multiple pools, plus excellent food and cocktails. The hotel is on a coastal road about a 30-minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from Kos Town. The road is relatively undeveloped, so there aren't the usual shops, bars and restaurants right nearby. We highly recommend it for a peaceful five-star getaway.

We had such a lovely honeymoon in September that we hated to leave. The poolside room was gorgeous, clean and modern, and being beside the pool was blissfully calm, with the pool often empty. Breakfast had a huge range of choices. We ate in Kos Town most evenings, but the one dinner we had at the hotel was delicious and very reasonably priced. Getting into town was straightforward. Paulina at reception kindly found us a bus timetable, and the bus stopped right outside once an hour. We also ended up having fun riding Hoppy scooters into town on a few evenings. At the spa we treated ourselves to a couples massage, which was the icing on the cake. I was so relaxed that my smart watch thought I was asleep. The staff were beyond helpful and really friendly. We highly recommend staying here and would return in a heartbeat. Thanks to everyone for making our honeymoon so special.

The hotel itself is spacious, clean and well organized, and the staff worked incredibly hard to make our stay good. They were all amazing and friendly, and we're very grateful to them. Still, we won't come back. Food was amazing, with a giant breakfast buffet and lots to choose from. Dinner changed daily, with soup, salads, starters, mains and desserts. You could skip a course or have two starters instead of a main, and the kitchen accommodated allergies and pregnancy requests. A themed evening now and then could add variety, since dinner was always Mediterranean, Greek or Turkish. The lunch menu had burgers, pizza and gyros, which weren't offered at dinner. The rooms were clean and modern with nice bathrooms, but small, and the walls were thin. The solid plastic balcony chairs made a lot of noise whenever someone sat down, stood up or moved them, which got extremely annoying. The pools looked great and were huge, but at 20°C at the end of September they were too cold for much swimming. The sunbed area also felt cramped. The bar staff were great, but drink prices were ridiculous. Wine bottles were good and fairly priced at around 35-40€. Everything else seemed absurd: a 3/4L bottle of water cost 5€, and a 250mL Coke was also 5€. It felt like you either got dehydrated or went bankrupt. It's nice that there's no daytime entertainment, so you can relax. But music played on five of the seven nights from 9 to 11 pm. The DJ was especially loud on three nights a week, and I could hear the bass in bed even with earplugs, so sleeping was impossible.
