Dimitra Beach Hotel & Suites

The sea views were breathtaking, and nearly every restaurant and terrace had a lovely outlook that made each meal feel special. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, and the food was fresh, varied, delicious and beautifully presented. The service manager was outstanding, always kind and attentive, and made sure we had a lovely table each time. The whole team was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We enjoyed every moment at Dimitra Beach Hotel and would love to come back. Thank you for such a fantastic experience! 💙

The view from our balcony and across the hotel grounds was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We spent a week at Hotel Dimitra on Kos and had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and cozy, though the toilet water didn't flow properly. The food was perfectly fine, if nothing special. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the hotel, especially for its location and kind staff.

The people working here really made the holiday for us. Everyone was warm and helpful, and a small room issue was fixed quickly. We enjoyed the entertainment, especially the very talented singers. The DJ night was less engaging, since he mostly pressed buttons without interacting. A few details could use attention, like keeping the room tea and coffee stocked, replacing worn sunbed covers, and improving the Italian restaurant's tiramisu. Still, it's a relaxed place and we loved our stay. Thanks!

We loved the food here, with fresh dishes replenished often and some cooked while you wait. The staff were always polite and cheerful, greeting us with “kalimera” at breakfast, and the bars had friendly table service with hardly any wait. The evening shows were varied and fun, especially when the staff joined guests on the dance floor. We first stayed in September 2024, then returned for a longer visit in September 2025. Dimitra lived up to our first stay again. Our room was spacious and nicely kept, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful view to wake up to. We were in the main building, though there are other choices, including beach front bungalows. We spent plenty of time at the activity pool. Steps lead down to the beach, which is stony but has calm, warm water. There are nearby food choices and a bar by the pool. Kos Town is easy to reach by bus from the stop outside, about 20 minutes away and €2 each way. Buses run hourly from early until late. We can't wait to come back for visit number three to our happy place.
