Christos made us feel welcome, showed us how everything worked, and pointed us toward shops, restaurants and places worth visiting. The villas sit right beside a beautiful sandy beach, with lovely sea views. Inside, the rooms were spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including a/c. We also loved the good-sized terrace for relaxing and watching sunsets. There’s a great restaurant a short walk away, and parking in the integral garage. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.

The beach here has two very different sides: a broad sandy stretch with clear swimming water that gradually warms in early May, and a rocky shore with striking formations and pools to explore. Beyond that are dunes and a long, less developed coastline. The villas are on a quiet rural dead-end road, just across from the beach, so there’s little traffic. Each freestanding unit has one bedroom and one bathroom, covered parking below, and a terrace with a great sea view. They’re positioned to give each a view and some privacy on the terrace. The staff were very welcoming, and we noticed how genuinely friendly they were both when we arrived and when we left.

Awful experience. Don’t book this place. It was dirty, rusty, and we felt sort of scammed. The property was dirty, with rust everywhere, even on the towels, and the toilet was a disaster. The kitchen equipment was very basic. The villa and suite had the same living space upstairs, with the villa only adding a car garage on the ground floor, yet it cost much more. There was no beach experience at all, and the view looked onto a busy parking area. The manager also charged us twice. Our original booking was for two adults. I thought it was an apartment with two bedrooms because that’s what the photos and description showed, so I didn’t think our family size mattered. When we arrived with two kids, the manager was offensive and aggressive on the phone and threatened to cancel our non-refundable booking if more than two people came. He said he’d only accept us if we paid 50 euro per child per night, twice what his website charged that day for two adults plus two kids. He also pushed us toward a villa that wasn’t sea-front, saying the suite wasn’t available. He claimed he’d changed our reservation from suite to villa after a phone conversation, when I had only asked about it and hadn’t firmly changed the booking. Terrible way to treat customers. He also seemed racist, saying he was “from Greece not from Turkey.” Avoid it. There are so many other newer, cleaner places in the area with better prices and quality.

The location was perfect, across from a beautiful sandy beach, and Aris was very helpful with suggestions for food and sightseeing. Daily housekeeping is included. Two things didn’t sit right with us. We were charged 30 euros a day for our three dogs in case they made a mess, even though we kept the place very clean and didn’t need daily housekeeping. It felt like our own home. We were also charged extra because I accidentally selected one adult instead of two, though I wrote to them right away to explain, and the apartment had a double bed. I’ll be more careful next time 🙄

The beach right in front of the hotel is one to remember, with fine golden sand, sunbeds and umbrellas. Costa navarino and voidokilia beach are close by too. This is a lovely seafront complex, newly refurbished, with shaded parking spaces. The house has two rooms, both opening onto a nice balcony with a sea view. The bed was very comfortable, and the simple decor made for a relaxing holiday.
