Housekeeping makes cute shapes out of the towels, which was such a nice touch. The balcony even has a drying rack for swimsuits and towels, and the pool is lovely. The hotel has been renovated recently, so older photos showing dated furniture aren't current. Everything feels modern. It may have only two stars, but inside it feels like a solid three. Breakfast is good quality, and the selection changes each day.

Breakfast was buffet style and suited us well. We had a great week at Hotel Koala, a really relaxed place to stay. The staff were very helpful, and both the hotel and our room were kept clean and comfortable. Kos town is a short walk away, and we also tried a few Greek family restaurants near the hotel. We'd recommend Koala and hope to visit again.

The hotel was spotless, and the family and staff were all really friendly. I was very impressed with everything and would definitely come back.

We stayed for a little over a week, knowing this was a two-star hotel and not expecting luxury. Still, a couple of things were a real disappointment. There was a noticeable moth problem in our room, which made it feel less clean and comfortable than we'd hoped. Air conditioning cost €8 a day on top of the room rate. In the middle of the Greek summer, it felt like a necessity rather than a luxury, so it was disappointing that it wasn't included.

We had a lovely five-night break, thanks to the management and staff. The service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels every two days. There was a buffet breakfast, with something different each morning. The bar snacks were spot on, and they served alcohol too. The room had a fridge and kettle, plus a safe. Air conditioning was available on request for a fee. See you again.
