We found the hotel beautiful and comfortable, and its location made a great base for seeing Kos, from the beaches and history to local culture. The staff welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived, with professional, helpful service and a personal touch that made a real difference. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices for different preferences. Food quality throughout the stay was consistently impressive too. We had a wonderful time and would happily return. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kos.

We had a great couple of days here with my family. The hotel is in Kos town, which was really convenient, and it had a lovely view. The staff worked hard and were friendly and easy to approach. We enjoyed the food, with lots of different choices, and the rooms were nice and cleaned regularly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff made our stay feel welcoming, and they were always ready to help. For a 3-star hotel, the service and value were both very good. Our room was simple but cozy, with the essentials, and housekeeping kept it clean and well maintained. It was also a calm place to come back to. We could get to the beach just by crossing the street, and the city center was around a five-minute walk away. Shops, restaurants, and the old town were all close by. I had a lovely, relaxing holiday at Kos City Sunstone and would happily return.

The staff were great. When we weren't happy with our room, they moved us, and breakfast was a good start to the day. The bathroom could use an update, though. Our room was cleaned every day.

Breakfast had a good spread, with hot and cold choices, fruit, cakes, cereals, and more. The bathroom products and vanity set were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The bedroom really needs renovating. There wasn't a chair, and the balcony felt a bit bleak with the air-conditioning unit there. Downstairs, the public areas have been refreshed and look quite good. The spot between the old town and marina is convenient, but being beside a main road meant a lot of noise from trucks and mopeds.
