We came for the first time and both agreed this little place was worth every penny. The owners are outstanding and made us feel like family. Although the hotel was fully booked, for nine days it felt as if we had the pool to ourselves. There's plenty of space around it, with a shaded area and plants that add lovely scents. Everything was spotless, and the apartments were clean and had what we needed, including air con and an equipped kitchen. The poolside snack bar takes cash and card, and the barman was friendly, always saying hello. Kos town is about a 40-minute walk, mostly flat, but in July's intense heat, hiring a car is worth it. The owner even managed to get us into a restaurant in Zia when we couldn't get in ourselves. Thanks for a great stay. We'll definitely return next year. One tip: Greece has the worst interest in Europe, so don't expect high speeds anywhere!

The staff, pool and poolside bar were all excellent, with good-priced food and drinks. The rooms are very basic and could use some work, but the price reflects that. It's a long walk into town or to a good beach, Theofilos. You can hire bikes just down the road. Would I come back? Certainly.

A small, family-friendly place with helpful staff and very clean rooms. The pool is great, and the beach is within walking distance. The town centre is about a ten-minute bike ride along the seafront bike path.

At Michalis, the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Mark. He was about as helpful as anyone could be. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are some really nice restaurants nearby. Bike hire is easy and cheap at 4€ a day, and Kos town is around a 25-minute walk along the seafront. We loved our stay. The pool was clean and great, the room was really good, and having a fridge was a bonus. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in June. The apartments were lovely and the staff were great. There's a supermarket very close by, and it's a lovely 30-minute stroll to Kos centre, with lots of bars and restaurants on the way. There's also a small, quiet beach five minutes away. Well recommended.
