The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. The rooms are really old and in poor condition. We had no dishwashing liquid or shampoo, only some low-quality soap, and even the 10-watt hair dryer was useless. The stove wouldn't work, so after a lot of shopping and nearly an hour trying to get it going, we had to go out for dinner. At reception, they didn't believe us and said we could complain wherever we wanted. We even took the pot of pasta water and food down in the elevator to show them, but they still wouldn't cook it on their own stove. They showed no concern about our little daughter's mealtime or bedtime, saying they saw no problem and we were getting upset for nothing. Only after we insisted the next day did they install a new stove. They cleaned the room after our complaint, too. But we also realized someone had come in without permission to test the stoves. I've stayed at hotels all over the world and rarely give low ratings, but this was by far my worst stay. Anyone thinking of booking should know they're getting a truly old, bad hotel.

We had a great 11 nights here, just me and my daughter. The pool areas are relaxed, and the hotel is central for both the beaches and town. Breakfast was brilliant, especially the Greek breakfast. The bar and reception staff really make the place, they're so friendly and helpful. The halls could be noisy at night sometimes, but it was still great value and we'll definitely be back.

The pool was really good, and the hotel is quiet and cozy despite being right in the middle of everything. The food was amazing, as were the drinks. The staff were wonderful, friendly and polite, and they helped right away whenever we had a problem. For the price, this hotel is incredible. I'd happily stay again many more times.

The pool area was nice, with a good bar, and the staff were always friendly. But the room had issues that make it hard for me to rate this above three stars: the rooms look a bit dated, the TV didn't work, and we found stained sheets and pillows and marks on the wall when we arrived. Although the hotel said it had soundproofing, there was none at all, and the hallway was very loud at night.

The pool gets afternoon sun, and there's a great bar and lounge area. Staff are always helpful. Plenty of bars and restaurants are nearby, and the beach is only five minutes away.
