Theatraki Apartments

The renovated suites really impressed me, and the value is the best I've found in Kos. It's a peaceful resort stay, but still within walking distance of everything in Kos town. The pool and snack bar make it even more convenient. Thanks for hosting us!

During the Kos fire evacuation on 01/07/2024, this family owned hotel gave our family help and care we'll never forget. We were evacuated from Atlantica Micri Poli Kos, operated by Tui, along with other tourists from Kardamena resorts to a football field near Kos Airport. There were no taxis, and the Greek military were the only ones helping. Tui's lack of management was unmanageable, and they did nothing to accommodate or help their vacationers. The owners, Thomas and Rodia, and their daughters brought water and other supplies to families stranded in the middle of the night. Our toddler had been crying for three hours when Katerina, the owner's daughter, came over and offered to get us to Kos's main city. It was 3:30 in the morning. Katerina and her husband drove us to the apartments and gave us a room free of charge. In the morning, they provided breakfast too. They wouldn't accept payment for the room, the ride, or the food. They simply wanted to help a family stranded with a screaming toddler. We've never experienced hospitality like that. The apartment hotel has renovated rooms with kitchens, beautiful views, and helpful staff, and the breakfast was superb. The owners will take care of what you need. If you're thinking of staying here, look no further ❤️

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location is great, near the city but still fairly peaceful. Good value for money.

We really liked our stay. The room was comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and extremely clean, and the service was impeccable. The location wasn't ideal, though, and you'll need a car.
