Maria greeted us warmly with a homemade cake, and there was a cold beer waiting in the fridge. A big thank you to Maria, who was always responsive and shared helpful local tips.

The website description and photos matched the place exactly. Waking up to that lovely view was wonderful. We had a great stay on the island, with a really nice atmosphere and warm hospitality. It would be a great place to stay longer, too. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻

For a trip to Kos, this is a villa you can book without a second thought. Many thanks to Maria for being such a great host.

We felt at home in this spacious, carefully maintained apartment, which had all the comforts we needed, including air conditioning, pay-per-view TV, and Wi-Fi. From the garden, there are views of Kos Town, the sea, and Turkey. It’s a lovely green setting, with a table and chairs, a swing, and two loungers for relaxing. Maria was a very friendly host and available if we needed anything. There’s parking inside the villa. Highly recommended!

The owner was so welcoming and kind, always attentive to what her guests needed. We felt right at home, and our two-week holiday was truly lovely. We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 15 days. It had everything we needed, a wonderful view, and a well-kept, very pleasant garden. Highly recommended!
