Maria's rental was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had an easy, enjoyable four-night stay there. Highly recommended.

Maria was a lovely host, and we really enjoyed the stay despite a couple of drawbacks. The apartment is clean, nicely furnished, and has all the basics, including a vacuum, broom, and washing machine for tidying up. The location is handy too, tucked on a side street about a minute from the beach and three minutes from Kos Old Town, with two shopping malls right outside. The bathroom could use some changes. Its sloped ceiling is awkward if you're over 1.65 m, showering can leave water everywhere until you get used to it, and there's nowhere to hang towels. On weekends and some other days, kids playing in front and the boxing club opposite can make things noisy. Still, I'd take that over unpleasant tourists yelling like in some other countries. For the price, location, amenities, and Maria's hospitality, it's a 10 out of 10 for us. We'd happily return.

A modern apartment that's been very well cared for.

The room was very good, with new furniture. The place is really, really nice, right in the city.
