Christina's House

Christina and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our studio was just right, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The setting was quiet, yet only a 7-minute walk from the port.

The owners were kind, discreet, and always willing to help, and the rooms were spotless, well cared for, and had everything needed for a quiet, comfortable stay. Christina’s House – Koufonisia sits on a small hill near the windmill, with open sea views and glowing sunsets all around. That peaceful Cycladic charm is hard to beat. The port and village are just a 5-minute walk away, with cozy cafés, delicious tavernas, small shops, and everything you need without a car. And the beaches are unforgettable, with clear light blue water and soft sand. I couldn't have asked for a better place. Highly recommended if you want somewhere authentic and serene. I'll be back. 💙

Mrs Christina is super kind, and the place is close to the port and the “city”. You can leave your bags after checkout, and there's a shower you can use before heading to the port after the beach. The room and balcony could have been cleaned better, but it's still a great place.

The room was quite large, clean, and nicely decorated, and the view from the hill was stunning. But I think there's a humidity problem, and they should add a dehumidifier or improve ventilation to get rid of the drain flies. Mosquito nets on the windows would also let us sleep with the window open instead of using the air con. We only saw the host, Christina?, when she handed over the keys. I messaged to say we'd left the keys in the room, but never got a reply.
