Pangaia Seaside Hotel Adults Only

We’ve stayed at Pangaia for the first time in 2024 and came back in 2025. Now we’ve decided that whenever we’re in Koufonissi, we’ll stay there. The team are kind in a way that feels real, and they’re enormously willing to help with whatever guests need. The service is outstanding in every area, truly. The place has the services of a large hotel, but also the warmth of a family business. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and cosy. We can’t wait to return again and again!

The rooms with terraces were top-notch, and the location was wonderfully quiet, close to the beach. All we could hear was the waves and the wind. It felt like an amazing all-inclusive stay, with breakfast, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and more included. The reception and restaurant staff were especially kind and friendly, and really looked after us. They gave us a bottle of wine during our stay and another gift when we checked out. Such a thoughtful touch. Our stay was perfect, and I’d recommend the hotel 100%. Thank you so much!

There’s a 20 minute walk to town, but that’s part of the peace and quiet. The shuttle to and from the port was very welcome with our luggage. People in a hurry might like renting electric bikes. We loved the sea, the calm surroundings, and the service. The host paid attention and tried to sort out even little problems. The rooms were roomy, nicely furnished, and perfectly clean. Breakfast had good quality and variety, and there were lovely little touches when we arrived and left. A wonderful place for a romantic stay.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of savory choices like grape leaves and spanakopita, plus very good espresso. The hotel also provides beach chairs and an umbrella, and it’s right across from a beautiful beach with others an easy walk away. We didn’t try the restaurant or bar apart from breakfast, though I imagine they’re good given how nice breakfast was. My wife and I had a really lovely four nights here in early September. The room was well equipped, with a comfortable bed, good A/C, nice furnishings, and a great terrace. The kitchenette worked well for morning coffee and simple meals. The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating. Highly recommend.
