The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and the bus stop is right across the road. Our family room was spacious and nicely decorated, though being in the middle of the complex made it quite noisy. The showers were a bit hit and miss; there was work going on during our stay, which may have been the reason. The pool was small but clean and did the job when we wanted to cool off, and we never struggled to find loungers. Breakfast had a good range of options, but the single coffee machine caused long queues, made worse by the tiny cups.

The friendly staff, attractive pool and common areas, and good dinner food were the best parts of our stay. We were disappointed, though, because the reviews had led us to expect something else. I wouldn't call this a four-star hotel. Breakfast was very basic and the food quality was poor. The rooms vary, and some look rather old; the extra sofa bed was narrow and uncomfortable. The pool also doesn't look like the official photos, and many of the Booking photos seem AI-made and misleading.

The gardens were superb, and the beach was lovely and only a short walk away. The bus stop is about 100 yards from the hotel. We had great food, and breakfast was one of the best I've had. Staff were brilliant, and they dealt with any small issues quickly. All in all, a very good hotel.

Dinner at the restaurant was good, and the location and free parking were very good too. The staff tried to be nice. But I wouldn't rate this as a four-star hotel: the beds were uncomfortable and breakfast was poor. My friends only ate yoghurt. The scrambled eggs were awful, and I suspect they use powdered eggs. The pastry was the one good thing at breakfast, while the coffee was bad.

We spent 10 lovely nights here. The complex was very clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast. The beach is five minutes away, and the bus service is superb for getting around.
